Gives Claude access to Zoho Desk: search and read tickets, emails and contacts, add comments, change status/assignee/priority, create tickets and send email replies to customers. Nothing can be deleted.
Add this URL in Claude under Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector:
When you press Connect you get a link to send to Karam. Once they approve, your Claude is connected.
